• Exclusive use of the expansive lawn & permanent marquee for up to 4 hours. Recommended timings are 11am – 3pm OR 5pm – 9pm
• Capacity for up to 120 guests
• Tables and chairs for dining or activities
• Outdoor fire & furniture
• Sound system & microphone
• Unisex bathrooms
• Cleaning before & after your event
• Two bar staff
• Up to an hour before & after your event to pack in/out

* Kitchen use is included for an approved caterer or $500 for non approved. Cutlery & crockery may be used free of charge provided your caterer is cleaning them, otherwise a charge will apply. All pricing excludes GST. Pricing valid until 30 April 2026.
